Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute with over 30 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer, Manager and Consultant.
His background is primarily automotive, with later experience in financial, manufacturing and construction sectors.
In addition to Quality, Environmental and Information Security Management System implementation he has worked on product certification and start-up project launch programmes in the UK and overseas.
He has an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters’ Degree in Responsibility and Business Practise
and holds IRCA accredited ISO 9001:2015 and Industry Forum IATF 16949:2016 lead auditor qualification.

Suzanna is responsible for general business administration, including invoicing, accounting, and social media presence.
In addition to experience in Customer Service and taxation, she developed various skills during her 20 year career as a Civil Servant and has an Honours Degree in Psychology.
